What we need:

Hardworking, Responsible and Ambitious individual, with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and continuously improve themselves on a professional level. 

The candidate for this position should have experience managing social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin) and content writing with SEO in mind. He/She will be responsible for the online presence of MerrJep.al and be focused on supporting the overall digital marketing efforts of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and/or source creative and engaging social media content, posts, polls, videos etc.
  • Design images, info graphics, presentations and other graphics to attract traffic and improve engagement on the social media profiles
  • Use various tools to schedule posts for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Create compelling, SEO optimized content for the Albanian audience that will drive traffic to the blogs 
  • Contribute/create for the following: blog posts, email newsletters, social media copy, info graphics and similar
  • Meet set deadlines and deliverable 
  • Continuously improve digital content ideas and executions by analyzing insights
  • Continuously follow and apply the newest SEO trends in all of the copy writing efforts
  • Translate text from Albanian to English and vice versa
  • Communicate and collaborate with portals and media to support the link building strategy
  • Perform on page and off page SEO strategies
  • Manage social media, conduct SEO activities and help with any area of the business as required

Skills:

  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Good knowledge of SEO trends and copy writing best practices
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing, platforms, and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Buffer, Asana, Google Drive, Slack, etc.).
  • Creative thinker able to propose new innovative ideas
  • In line with newest trends, current news, and audience’ interests
  • Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, showing initiative and suggesting new ideas

Experience:

  • University degree in Marketing, e-Business, Journalism, English Language, and/or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in digital content creation
  • Proven SEO optimized article writing skills
  • Experience in developing and delivering innovative digital content
  • Experience in managing social media
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to spot even the smallest of errors
  • Comfortable working quickly and to set deadlines
  • Ability to generate ideas to adapt and improve content and customer communication
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Desire to learn and adapt quickly
