Our North American client is looking for a Technical Recruitment specialist to work with the team in North America. You have past experience in talent acquisition and interviewing for technical positions and are fluent in written and spoken English. Only Candidates who live in Albania should apply.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining a solid pipeline of resources for Recruitment Projects
- Finding Candidates through LinkedIn, and other Web and Social Channels
- Creative who can think of new ideas to recruit employees
- Tech Savvy and detail-oriented with a research-oriented thought process
- Prior Recruiting Experience is preferred
- Training on Clients Processes and Procedures will be provided.
