Business Account Manager


General Summary: Responsible for the management of sales and relationships with particular customers; Maintains the company’s existing relationships with a client or group of clients, so that they will continue using the company for business. Understand the customer’s demands, plan how to meet these demands, make proposals and turn them into sales for the company.


  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with existing and new customers
  • Brings new customers into the company and develops stable relationships with them
  • Generates sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • In cooperation with the partners performs regular presentations of new technologies to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Negotiates terms and conditions for every agreement in cooperation with legal and finance department
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients in a proper ethical way
  • Collaborates with the Sales Director to develop sales strategies, to improve market share in all product and services lines.
  • Initiate and get involved in Marketing Campaigns together with the Marketing Department, based on the market analysis of customers’ needs to digitalize their business.
  • Make use of Social Media Tools to generate new customers
  • Interacts with other members of the sales team and technical teams to bring the best solutions for the customers
  • Meets regular sales targets and Establish budgets with the client and company
  • Coordinates sales projects
  • Prepares reports for the management, reports regularly, and meet deadlines.


  • Reports directly to the Sales Director.

Requirements for the candidate

Education and experience:

  • University Degree
  • More than three years’ experience in similar job positions
  • Similar Experiences in Selling to B2B accounts are preferred
  • Technical knowledge (Hardware and Software) are preferred
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
