We are looking for a Site Manager for a project in Europe.
Responsibility:
-Organization and daily planning of assembly
-Planning update
-Daily meetings with subcontractors, clients and internal departments
-Control of the material present on site necessary for the activities to be carried out in accordance with the assembly planning
-Construction team coordination
-Constant interface with Project Manager
-Follow the technical assembly drawings, detail drawings, various layouts, P&IDs, etc.
-Using 3D (reading via Naviswork 3D)
-Planning alternative assembly strategies if necessary
-Excel file update for progress and necessary/missing materials
-Drafting of PPT presentations with photos, schemes, diagrams, etc…. with progress
-Check hours/stats
-Anticipation of possible problems during the assembly/solution phase
-Activity costing
-Technical screening of offers
-Punch List
Requirements:
-background as a mechanical expert or mechanical engineer or similar;
-previous experience gained in the oil & gas, piping, painting systems or similar sectors;
Proficiency in English AND Italian required
