for the needs of its office in Tirana is looking for person for a position of:

WEB DEVELOPER

We are seeking a talented Web Developer responsible for front-end development, from scratch or CMS based (mainly WordPress), including creating new themes and plugins or adapting existing ones.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends, the entire web development process, including collaboration with design team, development, and deployment.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design is a must.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and developing responsive design websites
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
• Building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years of experience
• Strong skills in WordPress
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages

BONUS CHARACTERISTICS

• Actively Seek New Programming Knowledge
• Experience with Photoshop and/or Ilustrator
• Familiar with Social Media and Third Party APIs
• Knowledgeable of Web Application Development Frameworks
• WordPress Theming and Module Development Experience
