Duties and responsibilities
- Recruits the personnel for all the departments of the company, in required qualifications.
- Plans and conducts all recruitment process such as placing job ads in career portals, makes filtering, organize and interviews, selection of the personnel and keeping data for every applicant in a database.
- Headhunting – identifying and approaching candidates already in work
- Ensures that legal duties of recruitment process are carried out, especially making ready necessary documents for registration of new personnel ready.
- Prepares reports related to the recruitment process
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Very good communication and organization skills
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Able and flexible to work in a dynamic environment and meet defined deadlines and objectives.
- Being creative in the recruiting strategies
