Telemarketing Support Specialist
Purpose of Position: Prepare documentation for delivery, monitor and manage handsets sales standalone & plan connected..
- Fulfil customer orders in CRM systems as requested by TLM Team;
- Print and prepare customer documentation for delivery;
- Prepare payment coupons and fiscal declaration;
- Perform customer related FO activities;
- Complete new connections and Port in;
- Prepare handsets/devices sales standalone and plan connected;
- Deliver customer documentation to the courier service twice a day;
- Cancel denied orders & relevant financial interactions in systems (BOSS, CRM &smPOS);
- Monitor and manage shop stock;
- Other duties as per job responsibility.
Education: University Diploma.
Experience: Previous experience in Call Center area is preferable.
- Very Good Communication & Negotiation Skills & Team Spirit,
- Basic Computer Programs knowledge,
- Very Good knowledge in English language.
