Asst. Specialist Sales Unit at Cards & Payments Department
➢ Assistant Sales specialist should be a sales oriented person. S/he can serve as a link between clients and the bank; therefore her/his role is to contribute on generating more business for the bank to reach Retail Business Target.
➢ S/he is responsible for preparing the weekly sales report which s/he reports on the last working day of the week.
➢ Should be able to perform the business clients meeting according to the approved plan in order to achieve the defined periodically target.
➢ Must be knowledgeable about banking products and services, procedures, advantages of BKT and market information.
➢ Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
➢ Must be self-organized and use time effectively.
➢ Should keep good record of meetings and sales conducted.
➢ Should communicate in time and with all required information to branches the sales finalized by the sales team.
➢ Follow up the pending applications in branches and pending meetings with clients
➢ Gives scheduled feedbacks on implementation of sales activities to Asst. Manager of Sales Unit.
➢ Prepares marketing offers to be presented during business meetings
➢ Understands bank advantages in the market and knows how to transmit this info to the clients.
➢ Monitor personal target achievements in monthly basis and report to Asst. Manager of Sales Unit and Department Manager.
➢ Periodically monitors the market and competition development and prepares report to Asst. Manager of Sales Unit and Department Manager.
➢ If s/he would be appointed by the Unit Manager to keep the unit statistics, s/he should be able and be involved on the daily records of sales per each staff member of the unit, will elaborate the monthly report and will collect all the needed information for monthly performance calculation of the sales unit. S/he should prepare the bonus calculation per each staff monthly. The individual target of this staff will be a personalized and different from the other staff due to the work load.
➢ Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
➢ According to Department needs, available to travel and accomodiate outside Tirana.
➢ Authorized to execute the jobs demanded by the bank’s internal regulations and by the instructions given by Asst. Manager of Sales Unit and Department Manager.
➢ Fulfillment of the set criteria required by the bank.
➢ Previous banking or sales experience is advantage.
➢ Should have good computer knowledge.
➢ University Degree, preferred social studies; marketing or business.
➢ Good written and spoken English.
➢ Should be able to travel in different cities in Albania.
➢ Able to work individually and as part of a team.
Should be sales oriented person, with high energy and able to generate business for the bank.
