We are looking for an ambitious Purchasing Agent to buy goods and services necessary for our business in the Procurement Department.
Detyrat dhe Pergjegjesite:
-Menaxhon nje game te caktuar produktesh per te cilat eshte pergjegjes
-Mban marredheniet me Furnitoret
-Negocion per cmimet dhe ndjek zbatimin e Kontrates me perpikmeri
-Pergatit raportet dhe analizon qarkullimin e produkteve ne prodhim
-Inicion kontakte te vazhdueshme me furnitore aktuale dhe te rinj
-Mban nje nivel optimal per te garantuar prodhimin e stokun te magazines
-Bashkepunon ngushte me Departamentin e Prodhimit ne lidhje me kerkesat e ketij Departamenti
-Prezanton dhe sugjeron zgjidhje dhe alternativat me te pershtatshme per realizimin e planeve te prodhimit
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop profitable purchasing strategies
-Assess supplier profiles and analyze offers
-Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics
-Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance with terms of contracts
-Analyze and resolve purchasing issues/discrepancies
-Review supplies to ensure quality
-Monitor stock levels
-Prepare and submit detailed reports (revenues, buying expenditures, etc.)
-Keep updated records
-Participate in cost reduction activities, observe and report price increases
-Research a variety of sources, documents, etc. to ensure the adequacy of specification in terms of clarity, precision, and related criteria
-Attend events, fairs and exhibitions to keep abreast of the market’s trends
-Build and develop long-term relationships with local suppliers

Qualification
Required skills:
-Applicable knowledge of negotiating prices and terms and conditions
-In-depth knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Very good knowledge of computer programs/Microsoft Office packages;
Kualifikimet dhe eksperienca e kërkuar;
-Te kete perfunduar arsimin e larte (e preferueshme Inxhinieri Tekstile ose Ekonomik )
-Te kete eksperience ne marredheniet me furnitore dhe blerje mbi 3 vjet
– Njohuri te mira te gjuhes Angleze dhe Italiane (njohja e gjuhes Turke perben avantazh )
Required qualifications and experience;
– Bachelor`s or master degree,in business administration or similar relevant field(preferably Textile or Economic Engineering)
– Previous working experience as a Purchasing Agent for 3 year`s
– Good knowledge of English and Italian (knowledge of Turkish is an advantage)
