We are hiring: Sales Representative for Salon Professional
Oriented in hair care Wella products
This is a full time job position in Orbico shpk, Tirana, Albania.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- possesses knowledge about products within the assigned categories and upgrades it regularly
- finding new customers and contracts on business cooperation, acceptance of the necessary documents and guarantees from new customers
- concern for good relations with customers
- concern for the successful sale of goods and products distributed by the company in relation to the monthly and annual sales plan
- proposing innovative solutions to improve sales
- informing customers about the offer and terms of sale of the company (delivery time, cost, method of payment, type of goods)
- monitoring the life cycle of products within the brand for all channels of sales
- monitoring of customer receivables and efficient recovery of debts
- transmits all relevant information from the field to the superior (competition, market status of individual sales areas, the need for new products)
Required skills:
- Driver licence B Category (very active on Driving)
- University degree
- Good knowledge MS Office
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong work ethic and personal integrity and honesty
- Able to work effectively with others
- Taking responsibility, problem solving, well in setting priorities
- Good communications skills
- Awareness for personal learning and development
