Job role: For our training center we need to hire a TECHNOLOGY INSTRUCTOR. The candidate should be highly skilled in software development engineering.

For this role will be needed extended expertise and proven experiences with the latest technologies. The candidate should be a great communicator and highly skilled in public speaking.

The ideal candidate must have:

1. Intensive job experience in software developing position, at least more than 3 years experience in software development (highly evaluated will be Full Stack Developer job experience),
2. Enriched technological portfolio,
3. Experience in technological instructing (training) activities online and/ or onsite,
4. Elaborate, create, design instructing (training) materials,
5. Assesses, promotes and uses existing and emerging technologies to support training& learning activities and connect the training center with different learning channels, platforms,
6. Support the effective usage of instructional technology and resources,
7. Clear orientation on online resources, databases and electronic books, etc.
8. Actively participate in discussion with the trainees by ensuring their involvement and interactivity, by clarifying their questions,
9. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Albanian,
10. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills,
11. Self-motivated to improve more and more the quality of training,
12. At the end of the training course to conclude the evaluation process for trainees.
