Main Activities
MANAGEMENT:
Management of the team’s daily activities, even automatically
Monitoring and management of team results both at individual and aggregate level in order to achieve the objectives set by the client
Internal reporting management in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team
PEOPLE:
Continuous improvement of business performance through the development of the individual skills of agents
Identification of individual areas for improvement and implementation of corrective strategies
CLIENT:
Management of the day-to-day relationship with the client company’s referrals
Collaboration with client company representatives to improve existing processes and identify innovative approaches to solving emerging problems
Participation in meetings and calls with client companies
Requirements
Hard Skills:
Fluency in English
High level of proficiency with Office 365, especially Excel
Soft Skills:
Previous experience of managing a team
Strong aptitude for problem solving
Effective time management skills
Team working skills
Leadership
