HEAD OF ALTERNATIVE NETWORKS SECTION 

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Develop and manages a range of appropriate electronic channels. Contribute in formulation and implementation of the Retail Business Digital Strategy. Participate in or lead Bank projects that involve electronic channels.
  • Develop and implement a road-map for innovation and development of the Alternate Banking Channels of the Bank, including cash management, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, ATMs, CDMs, Call Center, social media and other alternative channels.
  • Accountable for managing the channels and maximising performance as well as profitability. This includes attracting, aligning, motivating, developing and retaining a team with the competencies to meet present and future goals.
  • Head of alternative networks section reports directly to the Retail Banking Business Unit Manager
  • Develop and Optimize current Network into revenue generating Alternative Sales Channel, maintaining and enhancing the organization’s competitive footprint across the region while monitoring performance and usage.
  • Accountable for continuous and regular tracking and reporting of Alternate Sales Channel effectiveness and marketing programs. Recommends pricing, promotions, and sales targets and programs to meet and maximize revenue targets.
  • Lead Alternative Channels Call Centers, taking overall responsibility for the business performance of the call centers, ensuring all measures and targets associated with customer service, risk and controls are met in addition to developing sales capability of centers through training or other methods.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Update on annual basis the business strategy for electronic channels and set sales target/budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, IT and communication or related areas. Post graduate degree is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, web and interface communication and third generation technology is a must.
  • Digital Marketing and Retail lending products knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Albanian and English language, especially written and spoken business terminology.
  • 5 years of banking experience, preferably in E-Banking area and payment services.
  • Project Management experience is required.
  • Previous managerial experience is required
