- Completed a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone or online meeting.
- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
- Language:Excellent and fluent English or French or German interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required).
- Experience: Experience in the same field is a plus but not a requirement.

Sales Execution: Actively engaging in sales activities such as prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition in international markets. This may involve making sales calls, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in different countries or regions. This includes understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries or concerns, providing product information and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Penetration: Developing and implementing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s customer base in defined locations. This may involve identifying target customers, understanding market trends and competitors, and positioning products or services effectively.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales reports for management. This includes monitoring key performance indicators, evaluating sales strategies, and providing recommendations for improving sales effectiveness.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Interacting with customers and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, adapting communication styles, and demonstrating cultural sensitivity in business interactions. This includes effective verbal and written communication, active listening, and understanding cultural nuances.
Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and effectively communicating their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. This includes staying updated on product developments and industry trends to address customer queries and provide accurate information.
The role of a sales representative requires a proactive and self-motivated approach to generate sales, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to navigate different business cultures and market dynamics. They serve as the face of the company in international markets, playing a vital role in driving revenue growth and establishing long-term customer relationships.
