Job Description
Supports software, updates designs for sets of new functionalities. Be part of developing group, be part of implementation team for software which are already developed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must demonstrate proficiency and possess experience in at least two of the below programming languages:
C, C++, C#, Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, PHP, MVC, or other
- Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using best-practices techniques
- Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
- Presenting ideas for system improvements
- Reviewing current systems
- Producing detailed specifications
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
- Preparation of training manuals for users and staff
- Maintaining different systems
- Website Management Capabilities
- Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion
- Perform other duties as necessary
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, Math or Physics or a AND a minimum of 3 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Outstanding academics
- Demonstrates proficient knowledge and utilization of engineering tools necessary for successful performance of the essential functions of this job description
- Must demonstrate proficient ability to capture and document software requirements
