What you’ll do:
•Interact with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues;
•Listen attentively to customers’ concerns, demonstrating empathy and patience in all interactions;
•Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions;
•Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to assist customers accurately and efficiently;
•Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries and meet service level agreements;
•Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, escalate complex issues, and ensure seamless customer experiences;
•Adapt to changing customer needs and navigate unpredictable situations while maintaining composure and professionalism;
•Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, email, and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Who you are:
•You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
•You are proactive, flexible, innovative, and determined;
•You have an excellent turkish, both spoken and written;
•You have soft skills to understand the client’s needs.
