• Location: Head Office, Vora, Tirana.

Main duties & Responsibilities

• Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams;
• Analyse and report on brand performance to determine ROI Monitor market and consumer trends;
• Develop pricing and distribution strategies;
• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision;
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products;
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD);
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision;
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Vorë, Albania for a Senior Brand Manager. The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing brand campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, and overseeing product launches. The Senior Brand Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels and touchpoints.

• Excellent analytical and market research skills
• Ability to interpret and analyze market trends and competitive landscape
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
