Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying and acquiring new landlord clients. This role involves reaching out to property owners, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals to expand our portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and reach out to prospective landlords through cold calls, inbound calls, and networking
– Conduct follow-ups with potential clients
– Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners to understand their needs
– Present and explain property management solutions to potential clients
– Close deals and onboard new landlords, ensuring a seamless transition into our services
– Collaborate with the marketing team to onboard properties
– Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
– Strong negotiation and closing skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects simultaneously
– Track record of successfully closing deals
– Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Full Time)
Saturday: Part Time
