Job Description

As part of our expansion we are soon launching in Albania, and… we are so excited about it!

To achieve this, we must first assemble the team of motivated sales superheroes who’ll secure the relationships with restaurants and retailers that our customers in Albania want to order from. That means your role as Sales Manager is to be the true ‘hunter’.

You’ll be tasked with building and managing your own pipeline of partners to approach and sign up to Wolt. This requires a good understanding of both the most appropriate merchants across various verticals to prioritize, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills to get your targets through the sales funnel.

As time progresses and more partners are onboarded, the targets and duties of the role may develop. This means that you must thrive in the ‘start-up’ environment where constant change means there’s always lots to get your teeth into!

 

Qualifications

What you’ll be doing 

● Identifying potential partnerships and contacting partners that are a great fit for Wolt.

● Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships.

● Start relationships with the identified pipeline.

● Understanding venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms.

● Creating a strong communications loop alongside the development team.

● Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data.

 

Our humble expectations 

● Your background should be focused on field sales or business development – we want someone who can own the complete sales cycle from start to finish (what you’ve sold doesn’t matter!)

● You are structured, detailed and service-oriented, and have experience working with data-driven sales processes.

● A natural ‘hunter’ with excellent communication and networking skills.

● A real foodie with good knowledge of the local restaurant scene would be an advantage!

● Fluent level of Albanian and English, Greek or Italian would be a distinct advantage.
