As a Remote Admin Assistant at F&D Partners, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with various energy-related tasks, including sales support, and administrative work. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist in daily tasks such as pricing accounts.
Maintain and remind executives of renewals.
Updating the system with new deals.
Confirm accounts on contracts and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Keep track of dropped accounts and communicate updates to the team.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate and timely pricing for accounts.
Support the Office Admin in maintaining a smooth workflow.
Bachelors in Business Management or related field
Proficient in the English language with exceptional verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
Must be currently unemployed and available to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern
Standard Time (EST).
