F&D Partners, a leading energy consulting firm based in New York City, specializes in providing comprehensive energy solutions to businesses. We are currently seeking 1-2 Remote Accountants who possess excellent English language skills, proficient in Excel and Quickbooks, GAAP, A/P & A/R.
Position Summary:
As a Remote Accountant at F&D Partners, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to guide our financial decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and CFO to streamline processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations remotely, including account payable/receivable
Data Entry & accurately input financial data into accounting softwares and spreadsheets
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaborate with Account Executives to generate insightful financial analysis reports for our valued clients.
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks.
Reconcile accounts to ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
Requirements
Proficient in the English language with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to perform accurate bill audits.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in consulting, bill auditing, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
Knowledge of quickbooks desktop is a plus
Must be currently unemployed and available to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Salary
$700 USD – $1000 based on experience
