The Back Office Solution Group based in USA, since 2017 have established a Back Office in Tirana and have more than 25 – Data Entry & Administration personnel.
The Back Office in Tirana is looking to hire a Recruiter – Spanish & English speaker starting as soon as possible.
Your duties:
- Review CV and data entering into a database;
- Using candidate databases to match candidates to the client’s roles;
- Briefing candidates regarding; clients, role responsibilities, salary and benefits;
- Preparing CVs and client application related paperwork;
- Client and candidate liaison to arrange interviews and provide post interview feedback;
- Negotiating salary rates and finalizing start dates;
Qualifications:
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good decision making and attention to detail
What we offer:
- Contract according to Albania law; Fixed salary + variable bonus;
- Working hours 16:30- 01:00 (Tirana local time) Monday – Friday;
- Saturday, Sunday and the USA holidays off;
- Training period is payable;
- Transportation provided after the working hours;

- The Office location is at Rr. Dibres near Medreseja;
