Main Purpose of the Position: Manage the company’s lobby area.

Essential Job Functions: 

  1. Provide friendly, welcoming and professional reception.
  2. Respond to enquiries using standard information about the company and its services, or refer it onto an appropriate staff member.
  3. Take messages where necessary and send / email to the appropriate staff.
  4. Answer to the incoming telephone calls, make outbound calls and take messages carefully
  5. Maintain appointment book registering all the details accurately including name, telephone number etc.
  6. Check info emails and forward to the appropriate people.
  7. Work with other team members to ensure maximum utilization of their time.
  8. Maintain strict confidentiality of the company’s and staff matters.

Education: University degree.

Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar position or equivalent.

Required Skills: 

  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills and stress management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Able and willing to work in team.
  • Working in shifts and overtime when needed.
