The Project Manager will be part of the QA Support Team. LocalEyes is a leading provider of Localisation Services to the international computer and

Scope of the role

• New projects, work with other team members on establishing quotes for new work Rationalize/optimize file preparation & processing, file conversion, and activities such as
• QA & testing. Drive process improvements through technical expertise. Maintain talents pool database Prepare contracts. Take proactive measures to flag any issue before or during the entire work process.
• Quickly react to the shift in priorities and design around those in effective and scalable strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Economics, Foreign Languages, Law etc.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both as part of a Team and independently.
• Excellent people skills and ability to judge character.
• Ability to gain people’s confidence and put them at ease.
• Be very accurate, detail oriented, persuasive, persistent and patient.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build report and maintain positive and effective working relationships at
  different levels.
