We are a professional healthcare services practice in the New York City area , USA. We are seeking proficient English speaking virtual receptionists to answer high volume calls for our 7 locations. We provide training and software needed. Computer is required with Windows 10 or higher installed. Job can be performed at home with reliable internet services of 100mb/100mb speed. Home office must be quiet place to work and free from background noise. We prefer professional with some experience in the healthcare, physicain, medical or hospital organization.
**Must work NY EST hours between 7amEST (CET 1pm) to 7pm EST ( CET 1pm). Shifts are 8 hours between these hours. 40 hour work week, 1/2 lunch. Some Sat hours are required. 8am EST-12pm EST.
Responsbilities include taking phone calls to schedule or reschedule patients, new patient intake calls to obtain insurance information.
