New Moment VMLY&R – one of the leading advertising and communications agencies in South-Eastern Europe, for the needs of its office in Tirana is looking for persons for a position of:

Media Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual with strong analytical skills and experience in marketing, to shape and execute effective media advertising campaigns.
Your job will be to identify and reach target audiences, be part of the strategic process in traditional and digital media, analyse and develop media plans as well as evaluate campaign success.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in marketing, be analytically-minded and very comfortable with numbers, as well as able to manage multiple counterparts in the process of media campaigns management.
Knowledge of market research and a willingness to follow media trends are advantage.
Responsibilities

• Analyze market and media data
• Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
• Take part in development of media strategies for leading clients in industries such as Banking, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Electronics etc
• Determine the best media mix for our campaigns
• Optimize ad campaigns results
• Allocate budgets and monitor costs
• Follow media trends of online and offline outlets
• Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns and improved strategic and tactical decisions

Requirements

• Proven experience in media advertising, minimum 3 years
• Experience working in international environment
• Broad knowledge of media channels and strong understanding of marketing and campaign management
• Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
• Strong working knowledge MS Office package
• An analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math
• BSc/BA degree
