Summary: We are looking for a motivated goal-oriented Lead Sales Development Manager to join our business development team eager to contribute to the growth of Profesionisti’s Client base by actively seeking new business opportunities and building collaborative relationships with the main goal to expand our wide network of partnerships.  Your role will include generating potential clients for our recruitment services through identifying, engaging, nurturing, and converting prospects using integrated communication strategies, and inbound and outbound marketing activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing a sales development strategy to strengthen the existing Client base and generate new potential clients by connecting them with Profesionisti’s professional recruitment and consultancy services.
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to establish creative sales campaigns and conduct outbound prospecting using multiple channels including cold calls, email campaigns, social outreach, and networking.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of Profesionisti’s recruitment and consultancy services to assist the needs of new potential clients and provide information to their inquiries.
  • Become familiar with the team of Profesionisti, their areas of expertise, and why our Agency is the best choice for finding and attracting top talent in the Albanian and global markets.
  • Be responsive to the needs of existing and potential clients and act as an ambassador of Profesionisti’s mission to professional recruitment and consultancy services.
  • Introduce Profesionisti’s professional services to local and global recruiting teams of potential clients and qualify whether working together would be mutually beneficial.
  • Initiate first contact with potential clients through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements or social media platforms.
  • Consult with prospective clients via phone, email, and SMS on the various aspects of Profesionisti’s recruitment and consultancy services.
  • Moving potential Clients through the marketing funnel and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Optimize the sales targets and work toward exceeding the number of KPIs including reach-out volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
  • Drive sales processes using CRM and maintain an updated database of potential clients and their recruiting needs and other inquiries.
  • Ensure inbound inquiries are followed up on in a consistent, timely manner.
  • Maintain structured communication strategy with existing and potential clients and perform regular follow-up calls or emails to ensure their satisfaction and respond to their requirements for recruiting services.
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the communication strategy of Profesionisti and the quality of service we provide to our existing and potential clients.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Sales Marketing or Communication may be advantageous.

Work Experience and Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of working experience as a Sales professional in pro-active lead qualification, internal sales, or a service-oriented role with strong sales orientation.
  • Tech savviness and high level of understanding of CRM platforms and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Proven track record of high-performance and achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong Interest in the talent recruitment industry.

Language skills:

  • Proficient in Albanian and excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken). Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.
