Responsibilities
▪ Responds to technical problems (HW and SW) and provides assistance and technical support to users by handling issue reports
▪ Monitors the functionality and efficiency of Company’s systems, tools and networks, ensuring that security measures are always up and running
▪ Answers to standard technical questions of employees and provides technical support.
▪ Studies problems of integration and migration from legacy systems to other/new systems.
▪ Maintains all IT/technical equipment of the Company at an adequate level, while informing the management about breakdowns and lack of IT work tools.
▪ Handles IT equipment allocation to the workforce, as per requirements received, controls warranty expiration dates
▪ Ensures the functionality of the assigned equipment by installing necessary operating systems and programs.
▪ Communicates with IT maintenance services of the company equipment.
▪ Responsible for maintaining the company inventory and storage, providing regular reports to management and actively participating in timely planning of IT purchases
▪ Reacts proactively in preventing malfunctions and finds solutions for recurring problems.
▪ Configures ERP solutions at a basic level, ensuring their functionality together with other solutions in the Company
Key Relationships
▪ Daily interaction with local Eng Albania team and team leads in Engineering organisation ▪ Ongoing interaction with IT counterpart organisation in Eng Italy
Qualifications
▪ Higher education (preferably in Information Technology)
▪ Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
▪ Accustomed in maintaining network IT systems in local environment
▪ Experience in working within multinational environment is a clear advantage;

▪ Relevant technical knowledge for the role
▪ Accustomed to working with internal clients
▪ Resilience in working under pressure
▪ Excellent organisational skills and time management; efficiency in working remotely;
▪ Highly professional and ethical in manipulating confidential data;
▪ Proficiency in all MS Office tools;
▪ Native Albanian speaker, fluency in English, knowledge of Italian is an advantage;
