For our client – one of the largest private investment groups in Albania, We are looking for an INTERNAL AUDITOR

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
– Leads field audits and provides advice and assistance to operations management in meeting requirements of internal controls and produces such reports as requested;
– Leading the full audit cycle by checking tax compliance, verifying financial records, and inspecting accounts.
– Participates in the planning, scheduling and supervision of assigned audit projects. Conducting risk assessments to recommend aversion measures and cost savings.
– Prepare audit programs, work papers detailing audit procedures, process diagrams, and ensure adequate audit evidence in accordance with departmental and professional standards;
– Documents, reviews and evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and their application in the financial systems and/or management operations. Conducts engagement risk assessment to develop audit scope and procedures;
– Reviews work quality of audit team and ensures that working papers contain adequate evidence to support audit findings. Reviews working papers of audit team for accuracy & completeness;
– In case of findings in a group company, ensures that the same findings and relevant solutions are brought to the attention of all group companies and accordingly applied and resolved;
– Provide training and guidance to junior audit staff in developing their expertise in auditing techniques and in improving their personal skills;

REQUIREMENTS
Education: University degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance;
Work Experiences: Minimum 3 year’s business and/or accounting experience

Skills:
– Language skills Albanian and Very good English, any other language is an asset
– Strong business experience in finance / accounting. Minimum 3 years of people management /functional leadership responsibility.
– Strong technical skills in financial controlling, (project) accounting, management reporting, performance management;
– Strong analytical skills, stress resistant;
– Self-motivator, capable of leading and motivating people.
– Very Good presentation skills.
