Our team consists of financial, IT, Customer Service professionals who are experts in their field. We are inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Human Resources Specialist.


Main responsibilities

√ Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.

√ To ensure that the new staff starting work is equipped with all the material or user they need, maintaining relations with colleagues from other departments.

√ Responsible for dismissal processes, ensuring that the entire process is in compliance with the legal framework into force and the Labour Code.

√ To provide the database for each employee at the right time, in order to be ready for the payment process, as well as to ensure through the Sage HR platform, that each staff is in compliance with the regulation regarding vacations.

√ Responsible for managing health insurance program.

√ Visits to all branches of Kredo, for staff meetings.

√ Takes part in various organized activities, expressing the skills of working and cooperating in a group.

√ Supports the development and implementation of the best service and care processes for the staff.

√ Organizes Onboard Training


Main requirements

√ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field

√ A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role

√ Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR processes

√ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

√ Advanced computer skills on MS Office

√ High attention to detail and accuracy

√ Fluent in English

√ Standard driving license
