The first and most prominent role of the Head of Customer Support is to provide leadership and direction to the entire customer support department. S/He establishes and oversees the adoption of the support department’s vision, goals and objectives at all levels. The Head of Customer Support leads ground support for customer support agents and managers, developing and implementing efficient officers in implementing customer experience support plans.

Some of the day-to-day duties of the head of customer services might include:

  • Direct and manage all activities relating to the delivery of effective customer service
  • Liaise with other department heads across the organization
  • Ensure that all company operations and procedures comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of and understand compliance policies
  • Manage and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and clients
  • Report any compliance breaches or potential issues to senior management
  • Organize training and facilitate the development of the customer service team

 

Head of customer services requirements

  • Proven experience as a customer support team lead, preferably within a similar environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of legislation pertaining to consumer protection.
  • Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial.
  • Affinity for multitasking with precision.
  • Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism.
  • Alignment with our company’s values.

  • Working days are Mo. – Fr. The hours will be 10:00 – 19:00
