To ensure that each guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay and that
their needs are met as best as possible-going above and beyond of what is
expected of us.

Outcomes
– serve guests and staff by phone, text and e-mail
– ensure all housekeeping is arranged for upcoming day
– supervise housekeeping, bin collections, check-ins, check-outs and
maintenance
– keep track of moving inventory including certain fobs
– participate in, and contribute to a learning process
– follow up with guest’s reviews /feedback
– follow all general and shift specific office procedures
– collect functional contact details for all guests
