Summary: As the Restaurant Manager at Green & Protein, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your main objective will be to ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our patrons while maintaining the high standards of quality, service, and sustainability that define our brand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of passionate staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel. Foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring optimal teamwork and staff development.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards, addressing customer concerns, and promoting a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and cost management, to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to fresh and sustainable ingredients, overseeing food preparation, presentation, and service to maintain consistent quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and hygiene.
- Conduct training programs to develop the skills and knowledge of your team, enabling them to deliver exceptional service and uphold our values.
- Monitor and control expenses, sales, and profitability, regularly reviewing financial reports and making strategic decisions to meet business objectives.
- Engage with customers, gather feedback, and use insights to improve the dining experience, menu, and service.
Requirements & Work Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Understanding of sustainable and health-conscious dining practices.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
