Mission for Finance Agent
To maximise the financial health of the business by ensuring all incomings and
outgoings are properly accounted for.
Outcomes
– take payment within 24 hours for guests who are paying directly
– check and correct the formatting of guests’ profile details
– identify and eliminate fraud and chargebacks
– optimise the calendar to maximise consecutive availability
– ensure the security deposit is taken prior to passing the booking to Guest Services
– correctly reconcile and allocate all expenses
– flag any dubious payments to the Finance Manager
– follow up with any payments that are due by invoice
