Job position: Field Service Engineer
Contract Terms: Indefinite
Location: Tirana, Albania
Summary of the Position: We are looking for a hardworking Field Service Engineer to join the Services team of our client, a leader in the field of Construction, Furniture Design, and distribution of Technogym equipment in Albania. In this role, you will be ensuring complete customer satisfaction by diligently resolving all customer requests relating to the installation and service of Technogym products creating the best fitness experience to assess their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execution of jobs in line with defined standard operating procedures.
- Manage the delivery of high field performance including TTS, FTFR, and JMR3.
- Guarantees a high-level inventory record accuracy and manages the stock of parts process.
- Educates customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment.
- Responsible for executing an effective root cause analysis of a product issue, with the goal to identify the proper parts to be used and determine the appropriate solution
- Delivery of proper management of the work order including all requested information based on assigned standard operating procedures.
- Participate in the feedback from the market process, by giving structured and technically meaningful feedback on detected problem issues.
- Contact customers to communicate the estimated time of arrival.
- Manage the escalation of problems and reassign calls when appropriate.
- Accurately report service data in line with assigned procedures.
- Ensure all work-related equipment and vehicles are utilized and maintained in a safe and responsible manner.
- Guarantees all work-related tasks are performed in compliance with Technogym guidelines and appropriate Health & Safety legislation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, or other similar fields.
Work Experiences and required skills:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical/electronic engineering skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
- Knowledge and ability to work with mobile tools and applications.
- Knowledge of IT networking is an advantage.
Language skills:
- Proficient in Albanian and good command of the English language.
