Royal York Property Management is a leader in the property management field, with over 6000 properties in our portfolio.
We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and a willingness to learn to fill in the position of the Executive Assistant. An executive assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks such as: prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and support our company’s senior-level managers. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
Responsibilities:

Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.

Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.

Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.

Provide general administrative support.
Requirements
-
Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Professional level verbal and written communications skills.

University Degree.

Excellent English communications skills.

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

Ability to work on a flexible schedule.

Ability to work 6 days a week.
-
Must be able to write over 50 wpm.
