Art and Tourism Development Group as one of the largest Hotel & Tourism Industry Company with a large extend on the Albanian Coast, is looking for:

Event Marketing Manager

The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the event marketing budget, as well as overseeing all aspects of event marketing, including but not limited to print, digital, and social media. In addition, the event marketing manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners and vendors

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive attendance and revenue for events;
  • Research, identify, and recommend new opportunities for event marketing partnerships;
  • Creating content for social media or other digital platforms to help spread awareness about the event and its purpose.
  • Oversee the production of all event marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media;
  • Developing an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives, and target audiences;
  • Develop and track metrics to measure the success of event marketing campaigns;
  • Managing the budget for an event, including securing sponsorships and negotiating rates with vendors;
  • Work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies;
  • Collaborate with the event operations team to ensure a smooth and successful event;
  • Train and manage a team of event marketing staff;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all event marketing inquiries;
  • Attend events to represent the organization and build relationships with attendees;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices;
  • Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events;

Requirements (Key Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field;
  • 2-5 years professional experience in marketing, event planning, or related field;
  • Proven track record of successful event planning and execution;
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with graphic design, web design, and/or video production;
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram;
