Doing this role you will be the voice of our air transportation or e-commerce client to support their customers through inbound calls, chat and email.
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
English language level C1
Good knowledge of PC use (intermediate level)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Propensity for teamwork, problem solving and focus on results
Good disposition to innovative change and learning
Highest reliability punctuality, accuracy and organization
Willingness to work in shifts
