By doing this role you will be an active member of our company by providing superior and professional customer service, responding to customers, using all appropriate communication channels, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction. What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Level of written and spoken Italian/English/Spanish/German language B2/C1
- Good knowledge of PC use (intermediate level)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and expository skills
- Propensity for teamwork, problem solving and focus on results
- Good disposition to innovative change and learning
- Highest reliability punctuality, accuracy and organization
