What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent
Italian+English language level B2/C1
Good knowledge of PC use (intermediate level)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Propensity for teamwork, problem solving and focus on results
Good disposition to innovative change and learning
Highest reliability punctuality, accuracy and organization
Willingness to work in shifts (The service is open 24 Hours)
