Requirements:

 

-Saper parlare e scrivere l’italiano in modo perfetto

 

-NON avere residenza fiscale in Italia

 

-É necessario avere un computer medio-buono

 

-É necessario avere una connessione veloce

 

-Disponibilità di 40+ore settimanali fino a metà agosto.
Poi per qualche settimana sarà necessaria la disponibilità di sole 20/30 ore settimanali, per poi riaumentare raggiungendo le 35/40 ore settimanali con il passare del tempo, non appena l’azienda lo richiederà(ovviamente non possiamo prevedere alla perfezione il volume futuro, ma le previsioni dovrebbero essere abbastanza accurate)

We are a completely remote company based in Italy that has over 10 employees.

Our warehouse is in Italy and managed by a dedicated logistics center.

Most of our orders are not paid online but on delivery (currently 94% of orders are cash on delivery).

 

Our vision is to become the largest pay-on-delivery e-commerce in the world. And to make the purchase of any product accessible to everyone, with any payment method, especially cash on delivery. All while providing an extensive product catalog, excellent customer service and fast shipping.

 

The goal of the work

 

The goal will be to get as many customers to buy as possible, while taking extreme care to follow our operating systems to perfection so that closed orders are delivered correctly to the customer, which is the hardest part in the cash on delivery business.

 

The Specific Work:

 

The early stage work will consist of calling customers who have pre-ordered certain items as soon as they become available again.

Over time, other roles will also be assigned depending on the need and volume of orders we receive. In any case, the work will always be about calling customers to get them to order, and we would like to specify that regardless of the specific task, it will NEVER be cold calls. 

 

Business Hours:

 

In the initial phase there will be no constraint in terms of schedules, only the obligation NOT to call after 8 pm and before 9 am. Friday (while keeping the rest flexible).

 

Salary:

 

Each specific task has its pay, which has been determined based on its difficulty.

The salary is NOT hourly but goes on call, more information will be given during the application phase, however we guarantee that the hourly salary even considering the worst cases will never fall below 6 euros, while on the contrary with good performances it can easily reach 10 euros timetables.
