We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and willing to learn to fill in the position of Business Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings.
- Find the properties by searching and vetting from the public listing platforms.
- Follow up leads, offer our services, and schedule meetings.
- Create and send deals to the property owners in order for them to sign the contracts.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work 6 days a week.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Must be able to type 50 wpm.
