Summary: We are looking for a Business Centre Manager who is motivated and with a record of success in sales and management, marketing/advertising in Wholesale/Retail for our Client, a Business Centre based in Elbasan.

As a Business Centre Manager, You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Business Centre including the following – managing the daily organization of the business centre, managing all departments; responsible for the stores, maintaining productivity and standards; respecting policies and procedures; budgeting tasks; managing the overall activities of the centre, and handling daily ad-hoc duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of Business Process Management.
  • Manage the Business Centre Operations & Staff.
  • Generating Business for the Business Centre by inviting new clients to lease the stores or other facilities of the centre.
  • Successfully recruit, train and motivate all the centre associates focusing on excellent customer service.
  • Responsible and thriving in the development and implementation of processes and procedures.
  • Ensured that business centre staff is fully trained in a wide array of services including communications with clients, sales and computer skills.
  • Generating and managing the opening of a new store.
  • Responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports and auditing them for accuracy and opportunities for improvement.
  • Control costs to find areas that could cut costs or produce things more efficiently.
  • Continuously work to strengthen and build the brand by delivering exceptional service to clients and agents alike.
  • Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to. (Weekly fire alarm tests, six monthly evacuations, identification of hazards of slips, trips and falls etc.)
  • Any other duty or responsibility delegated by the Senior Management.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • A Master’s degree would be highly desirable.

Work Experiences and required skills:

  • Over 3 Years of Leadership Experience in Business, Sales, Retail, or similar role.
  • Management, Team Leadership, Advertising, Sales, Administration, Staff Management, Account Management.

Language skills: 

  • Very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.

Other interpersonal Skills:

  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and Excellent multitasking skills.
