Hello, we are the Techision Shpk. in Tirana.

We are a multinational IT company and at the time we are looking for an Mid-Senior System Analyst , who can work fulltime (40h/5d) at our office in Tirana.

You should have a bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, business informatic or a related field.

Also you should have several years of experience as a system analyst, integration analyst, software analyst or a position in a related role.

Duties:

• Analyzing Business requirements and design creative integration solutions for functional and non-functional needs
• Coordination between the demands of the client and the work of the programmer
• Identify specific integration problems and transform them into solutions

Skills:

Technical:

• Familiarity with web services and APIs (REST, SOAP) for integrating systems
• Understanding of data formats like XML, JSON and protocols like HTTP, FTP, and SMTP
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data mapping and transformation
• Strong knowledge of system integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices

Nontechnical:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements and explain integration concepts and solutions
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including developers, business analysts, project managers and system administrators
