Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager
Organizational Unit: Corporate Banking Division
Reports to: Head of Corporate Banking Division

TIRANA BANK, member of Balfin Group is currently seeking to hire a dynamic and proactive Associate Relationship Manager to join Corporate Banking Division.

Main Responsibilities:

– Tight cooperation with Relationship Managers by supporting them for:

1. Preparing the Credit Risk package;
2. Collecting the documentation for account opening and financing from the client;
3. Coordinating with Legal and Branch for account opening;
4. Coordinate with External Appraisal Studio and the customer the collateral appraisal;
5. Coordinate with the other sectors to finalize the processes;
6. Other ad hoc reports;

– Preparation of different reports for the Relationship Managers;
– Application of the Bank’s Credit Policy towards Corporate Clients;
– Other responsibilities within the division whenever is needed;
– Check and propose action for the accounts with delay repayment;
– Participate in the clients meetings with the Relationship manager.

Required experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Required education:

• University Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting (mandatory & preferably in English language);
• MBA or MA in Economics, Finance or Business Administration (considered as an advantage);
• Excellent knowledge of English written and spoken (mandatory);
• Excellent knowledge of P/C (Excel, MS Word) (mandatory);

Required competencies / skills:

• Analytical ability & judgment;
• Excellent ability of communication and collaboration;
• Willing to work under pressure;
• Orientation towards solving problems, adaption, team-working;
