Responsibilities:

● Part of an Architectural and Engineering team responsible for the development of
production 3D rendering and specification from construction documentation.
● Develops designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals.
● 3D modeling and rendering.
● Work collaboratively with the New York office staff.
● Work with Project Managers and Project Architects to prepare presentations and produce
documents through to the construction phase.
● Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD

Qualifications:

● Excellent written/spoken English.

● Architecture Degree.
● Complete knowledge of construction drawings standards.
● Minimum 1 year of experience.
● Strong Design, computer, technical and graphical skills.
● Attention to details, highly organized, great communication and collaboration with
teamwork.
● Dynamic and multitasking for the A & E office.
