Position Requirements:
· Provide information and support from first enquiry to enrollment, first contact with students and parents, students contract, financial payments, etc.
· Responsible for fielding, directing, and effectively responding to enquiries, received via telephone, email, social media, and in person,
· Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of promotion materials (photos, posters, brochures, flyers etc.),
· Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns; organize and coordinate a calendar of marketing events,
· Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is preferable,
· 2+ years of experience in similar positions,
· Proficiency in office management systems and procedures, MS Office,
· Excellent knowledge of social media practices, use of camera, photo and video, media content, etc.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues and outside parties required,
· Fluency in English language – C1 level required, knowledge of Turkish language is an advantage.
