Primary focus of the COD Sales Support Admin role is first level
administrative support to the COD Sales Team ( Inside & Outside Sales).The
role may include after hours phone support for customers, management and
sales team members.
Proficient using MS Windows-based software applications.
Must be detail-oriented and able to provide support to other team
members and interact with customer as needed.
Very good knowledge of English (verbal & written) level C1.
Stellar follow up and administration skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and electronic environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Incoming calls, email, text and website chat support
Work closely with COD Sales team (inside and outside to provide
support and accurately book moves for customers in a timely and
Act as liaison between outside sales move consultants and JK
Customer Care department
Access company systems to accurately enter data
Set up in-home estimates for outside sales reps resulting from normal or
after hours’ phone inquiries
Provides administrative support to various departments as requested or
assigned on behalf of COD Sales.
Create non-binding moving estimates as needed for account work
Work with any additional technologies, such as Video Surveying and
DIY surveys (i.e.Yembo).
May provide follow-up phone calls in conjunction with open sales
Provide generalized support to COD Sales management
Additional duties as needed.
