𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: As remuneration, we are offering a monthly fixed wage together with a generous commission based on results. The company will also cover all travelling/fuel costs.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent knowledge of Albanian and English language to assist in our HR recruitment duties. Work includes dealing with job vacancies, handling telephone calls, and inputting data in our system. We mainly look for persons with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and preferably with experience in sales.
Handling office tasks, generating reports and presentations, searching for job vacancies and
contacting local companies/employers, handling telephone calls and inputting data in our system.
Occasionally generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research.
Maintain polite and professional communication by phone and e-mail.
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate .
Attention to detail.
Prior sales and administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.)
