Purpose of the Position:

Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory records, ensuring that items are accurately stocked and stored in the shop and warehouse. They play a crucial role in the supply chain by tracking inventory levels, ordering new stock, and ensuring the quality of stored items.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and catalog products, perform quality checks, and discard items that do not meet standards.
• Update inventory counts and maintain accurate records to share with management.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory that may indicate theft or loss.

• Internal: All business units

Working Conditions:

• Location: TIA, Tirana International Airport
• Working Hours: Administrative
• Environmental Conditions: N/A
• Physical Requirements: Light physical activity

Personal Characteristics:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Work Experience: Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role

 Specific Skills:

• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work extended hours if needed.
• Forklift experience is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift heavy items

Working Hours

Full-time – 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday

09:00 – 17:00
